It's Feb.8th 1964 at the Royale.... and Japanese lady Solo rider ( inside ) Nanae Okamoto is causing Noel Thorley some grief here. Noel bit the dust, there wasn't any room. Nanae, the first woman Solo rider on Australian Speedways since 1928 rode off a handicap of 40 yds. ( in front of the Gate.)
